Rodon had a career season in 2021, pitching 132.2 innings with a 2.37 ERA and a 34.6 percent strikeout rate. He has not had the best track record of health throughout his career. He dealt with a shoulder injury that caused his velocity to fall last season, which left questions marks on his health status. It also complicated things more that the White Sox did not extend Rodon a qualifying offer. The good news is that Rodon appears healthy for now, according to reports. The Yankees and Mets have both been rumored to be interested in the left-handed pitcher.
