Derek Holland fails to make team, heads to Triple-A

Fantasy Impact:
The veteran left-hander does have an opt-out in his contract but chose to report to Triple-A Worcester instead. Holland pitched for Detroit last season, starting only one game, and ending with an ugly 5.07 ERA and 1.57 WHIP.
