The Tigers activated LHP Derek Holland (shoulder) from the 10-day injured list.
Holland his missed a lot of time due to shoulder inflammation. He'll pitch out of the bullpen until the team needs to recall Matt Manning from Triple-A after the All-Star break.

Holland gave up a two-run homer to Franmil Reyes in the first inning but calmed down after that. He wasn't originally scheduled to start on Friday but Julio Teheran was a last-minute scratch. As long as Teheran checks out, expect Holland to head back to his bullpen role.
