Christian Arroyo is expected to be sent on a Minor League rehab assignment before he returns to the Red Sox as reported by MLB.com's Ian Browne. (Ian Browne, MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Arroyo returned to the team clubhouse on Monday for the first time since being placed on the COVID IL on June 15. Arroyo is hitting .187 with three home runs, 10 RBIs and three stolen bases in 91 at-bats this season. If all goes well in his rehab stint, Arroyo could return to the Major League club sometime in the next week.
