Wily Peralta has been placed on the 15-day injured list with a left hamstring strain on Wednesday. (Detroit Tigers on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Peralta was injured pitching in the eighth inning during Detroit's win over Cleveland on Tuesday. He'll hit the shelf after pitching well this season, collecting a 2-0 record with a 2.16 ERA and 1.41 WHIP with 33 1/2 innings. In a corresponding move, Detroit called up right handed pitcher Will Vest from Triple A Toledo.
