Turner probably would have gone on the injured list had the Dodgers not been in a tough spot with their 40-man roster. The Dodgers have plenty of depth on their bench so they can afford to be cautious with Turner. Those in weekly formats are best left keeping him on their bench for this upcoming scoring period.
