Jarren Duran homers in loss to Braves
by Andersen Pickard | Red Sox Correspondent | Wed, Aug 10th 8:48am EDT
Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran went 1-for-3 with a solo homer against the Braves on Tuesday evening. He struck out once in the contest and was eventually replaced by Jaylin Davis. Boston ultimately fell to Atlanta by a score of 9-7 in 11 innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Duran has now homered twice this month after going yard just once through his first 35 games of the season. After hitting a rough patch both offensively and defensively, it was nice to see Duran come up with a big hit in the series opener against Atlanta. He'll look to keep it going on Wednesday.
