Tucker Davidson strikes out five Sunday versus Blue Jays
by Diego Sandoval | Sun, Aug 28th 5:55pm EDT
Tucker Davidson did not factor into the decision after allowing one run on three hits and five walks while striking out five in four innings of Sunday's 8-3 win over the Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
Davidson did not pitch far enough into the game to be considered for his third win of the season. However, the lefthander was relatively solid on Sunday and was able to work out of some jams. Most of those jams came due to a season-high five walks by the 26-year-old, elevating his pitch count to 84 for the entirety of the outing. He will look to make it three straight starts allowing two runs or less next weekend when he takes on the Astros.
