Yastrzemski capped off his solid end of the season with a multi-hit and multi-RBI performance on Wednesday. In the final 15 games of the year, the outfielder went 16-for-56 (.286) with five homers, 12 RBIs and 12 runs scored. Despite the hot stretch in September and October, the 32-year-old had a largely disappointing year. In 148 games played, he hit .214 to go with 17 homers and 57 RBIs in 485 at-bats.
