Fantasy Impact:
A ribcage fracture, broken pinky, and broken wrist held Sale to just 5.2 innings over two outings in 2022. He has been quite susceptible to injuries ever since requiring Tommy John surgery in 2020, but the southpaw appears to be healthy again and is on track to serve as Boston's ace this season. Sale has impressive stuff and should post a high K/BB rate, making him a strong option in all fantasy leagues.
