Fantasy Impact:
Munoz underwent right foot surgery in October but all signs point toward a healthy return for Opening Day. The right-hander is the most important piece of the Mariners' bullpen as he turned in a stout 2.49 ERA and 32.7% K-BB% across 64 appearances in the 2022 season. While he'll be in the mix for saves in 2023, Munoz will likely be deployed in the most high-leverage situations regardless of inning. He'll be an elite asset in leagues that count both saves and holds for 2023.
