by David Leisering | Mariners Correspondent | Fri, Jan 9th 7:35pm EST
Matt Brash avoided arbitration with the Seattle Mariners and agreed to a $1.55 million contract in 2026. (Daniel Kramer on X)
Fantasy Impact:
After missing all of 2024 and the first part of 2025, Brash returned in a big way for the Mariners, pitching to a 2.47 ERA in 53 games. He struck out 58 batters in 47.1 innings. The hard-throwing righthander has a career ERA of 3.31 with 227 strikeouts in 168.2 innings. Brash should remain a high-leverage arm out of the Seattle pen in 2026.
