Pete Alonso underwent a CT scan in Atlanta on Thursday and then flew back to New York for an MRI and further tests, Mets manager Buck Showalter said. (Tim Healey on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Mets are still waiting on the results. His X-Rays came back negative after getting hit by a pitch on Wednesday. There should be a further update on the status of Alonso at some point this weekend.
