Escobar got into the second game of Thursday's doubleheader against the Tigers, homering while drawing a walk and scoring an additional run in the Angels' 11-4 rout of Detroit. Despite the productive afternoon, Escobar is hitting .257 with that lone homer alongside a .278 wOBA in his first 75 plate appearances since joining the Angels.
