Murphy went 0-for-3 with a pair of strikeouts and a walk on Wednesday and will give way to Travis d'Arnaud behind the plate on Thursday in Washington. It's been a tough second half for the first-year Brave as Murphy has hit just .172 with a .596 OPS since the All-Star break.
