Fantasy Impact:
Vargas started at third base and went 1-for-5 with a run and an RBI as part of his club's 13-3 drubbing of the White Sox on Wednesday but will hit the bench for Thursday's series opener with the Braves. It's been a tough season at the plate for Vargas who is hitting .251 with four homers, one steal, and a .662 OPS across 265 plate appearances.
