Marlins SP Sandy Alcantara announced that he underwent Tommy John Surgery Friday. (MLB on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Alcantara was placed on the injured list in September and eventually was shut down due to a sprained UCL. The 28-year-old will now miss the 2024 season and focus on rehabbing for the 2025 season.
