Capra joins Alfonso Rivas and Tucupita Marcano as Pirates claimed off waivers by other clubs on Thursday as the team clears 40-man roster spots. Capra appeared in nine games with the Pirates and hit .167 with one RBI across 21 plate appearances after being acquired in a minor-league deal with the Blue Jays.
