In Darvish's four starts for the Padres this season, he has a 0-1 record and a 4.18 ERA. He was scheduled to make his next start on Saturday versus the Blue Jays but a neck injury is forcing the 37-year-old to hit the IL. The Padres recalled Logan Gillaspie from Triple-A El Paso to replace Darvish on the 26-man roster.
