Despite a decent performance that kept his team in the game, Ray's season ERA slightly improved to 3.98, and his WHIP remained steady at 1.18. His high strikeout rate continued to be a bright spot, maintaining an impressive 12.4 K/9. Fantasy managers should value his strikeout ability but be wary of potential rough starts if his FIP indicators begin to manifest in his ERA.
