Tony Cruz to serve as Cardinals primary catcher with Yadier Molina out

Molina is expected to be out at least a week with a slight tear in his left thumb. With Molina out, the Cardinals will turn over the primary catching duties to Cruz. Cruz has started the last two games for the Cardinals and has delivered two hits in seven at bats.
