Tigers infielder Jace Jung is expected to be ready for Opening Day after undergoing wrist surgery in October. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
With Alex Bregman still lingering on the free-agent market, Jung could be in line to be the Tigers' Opening Day third baseman, likely on the strong side of a platoon with utility man Matt Vierling. The rookie hit .241 with a hefty 16% walk rate, albeit alongside an elevated 30.9% K%, across 94 plate appearances in a late-season callup with the Tigers in 2024.
