Connor Wong (finger) to 'play a lot' when activated

Red Sox manager Alex Cora said Connor Wong will "play a lot" when he is activated from the injured list. (Christopher Smith on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
"(Wong) will play," Cora said. "I’m not saying we split up the week but he will play a lot... If you look at the numbers he’s been the best defensive catcher in the big leagues." It appears to be a platoon between Wong and Carlos Narvaez.
