Rhett Lowder (elbow) to make rehab start Tuesday

Rhett Lowder will make his first rehab start on Tuesday in the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League. (Charlie Goldsmith on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Lowder is continuing to work his way back from right elbow discomfort that he dealt with in spring training. He is targeting a return to the Reds rotation at the end of May or beginning of June.
