Ben Lively (elbow) to undergo season-ending surgery

Ben Lively will undergo season-ending surgery to address his right elbow UCL and repair his flexor tendon. (Cleveland Guardians on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The decision was made after Lively received a second opinion on his injury. There is no date for the surgery set yet, but he will be sidelined into next season.
