Trevor Williams did not factor into the decision Thursday against Colorado, allowing two runs on eight hits and one walk over 5.1 innings. The 33-year-old right-hander recorded six strikeouts. It was the most hits Williams had allowed in a start since May 3.

Fantasy Impact:

It marked the third consecutive appearance in which Williams has allowed fewer than three earned runs. He has failed to complete six innings in six of his last seven outings, posting a 5.13 ERA with a 24:6 K:BB over 33.1 innings in that span. For the season, he has a 5.54 ERA across 74.2 innings. His next start is tentatively scheduled against the Padres.
