The Texas Rangers placed Jacob Webb on the 15-day IL on Wednesday, retroactive to July 29. (Texas Rangers PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Webb started feeling back spasms during his July 28 outing against the Los Angeles Angels. With no improvement over the last couple of days, he has been placed on the injured list. In a corresponding move, Luis Curvelo has been called up from Triple-A Round Rock.
