Nathaniel Lowe to be placed on paternity list Thursday

Fantasy Impact:
Lowe will be placed on the paternity list and will miss up to three games. Romy Gonzalez is expected to fill in at first base while Lowe is away. The Red Sox are expected to activate Rob Refsnyder (oblique) from the injured list in a corresponding move.
