Fantasy Impact:
Cease posted a 4.55 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP over 32 starts with the Padres last season. The veteran should have plenty of suitors that are looking for a front of the rotation starter. Cease has registered 200+ strikeouts in each of the last five seasons.
