Blue Jays left-hander Ricky Tiedemann is fully healthy in camp and could pitch as a starter or a reliever in 2026. (MLB.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Tiedemann missed all of the 2025 season and made just eight minor-league outings in 2024 before undergoing Tommy John surgery on his left elbow. He told MLB.com that he is fully healthy in spring training with his rehab fully behind him. Still just 23, the former top prospect will be in tough to crack the Jays' Opening Day roster as a starter given their wealth of options there, but could potentially make the team as a reliever. However, the most likely scenario is for Tiedemann to begin in the minors, considering he has pitched just 13 innings above Double-A and just 17 1/3 innings total over the last two seasons.
