Dylan Moore has inked a minor league contract with the Philadelphia Phillies. The deal includes an invitation to spring training and incentives that could reach as much as $3.25 million. (Will Sammon on X)

Fantasy Impact:

Moore has a good combination of speed and power but has had trouble reaching base during his career. In parts of seven seasons with the Mariners and Rangers, Moore has 63 home runs and 118 stolen bases in 689 career games. However, he has a career average of .206 in 1,922 plate appearances and strikes out at a 30.3% clip. If he breaks camp on the big league roster, Moore provides Philadelphia with a versatile option who can play a number of positions.
