Fantasy Impact:
Banuelos, 29, is a former fifth-round pick by the Mariners in the 2017 MLB Draft. The career minor-league catcher has appeared in two major league contests - one each in 2024 and 2025 with the Orioles - and is 0-for-2 with a strikeout. Banuelos is a lifetime .210 hitter in 370 career minor league games. He is a glove-first catcher but has at least three backstops ahead of him on the depth chart in Minnesota.
