Bryce Miller told reporters he didn't experience any discomfort this offseason and his pitching "elbow feels 100 percent." (Daniel Kramer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Miller did not undergo a procedure to remove the loose bone spurs in the area this offseason as a result. He will look to pick up where he left off in the postseason last year following three strong starts.
