Walls was scratched from Sunday’s spring training game against the Pittsburgh Pirates due to oblique tightness. He appears to be improving with some time off and could return as soon as Saturday. Walls posted a .220/.280/.319 slash line with 14 stolen bases in 101 games in 2025 and is competing for the starting shortstop role in camp.
