Stephenson (shoulder) believes he will be ready for Opening Day. He will throw his first live batting practice session of spring training on Friday. (Rhett Bollinger)
Fantasy Impact:
Nerve issues and thoracic outlet syndrome symptoms have complicated his recovery. Bullpen sessions have been part of his routine for the past couple weeks. Stephenson sat out the entire 2024 season recovering from Tommy John surgery and was limited to 12 appearances in 2025, posting a 2.70 ERA and 1.00 WHIP with 10 strikeouts and three walks over 10 innings.
