Dylan Moore (foot) opts out, forcing Phillies hand

Moore has been competing for a utility role and is slashing .172/.265/.207 with one extra-base hit, four RBI, two steals and a 3:8 BB:K across 34 spring plate appearances. He was lifted from Wednesday's game against Atlanta with a bruised foot, though manager Rob Thomson downplayed the injury afterward. (Will Sammon)
Fantasy Impact:
Moore exercised the opt-out clause in his minor-league contract Thursday. The Phillies have 48 hours to add him to the 40-man roster or he becomes a free agent Saturday.
