Dodd pitched well during the spring, posting a 3.00 ERA in nine innings with a 9:2 K:BB ratio. The 28-year-old was used exclusively as a reliever for the first time in his career last season and he enjoyed his best season, pitching to a 3.60 ERA and a 0.94 WHIP with a 30:5 K:BB ratio in 35 innings in Atlanta. Dodd was up-and-down frequently between Gwinnett and Atlanta last season and, despite opening the year in Gwinnett in 2026, he'll likely pitch a number of innings with the big league club.
