Luke Williams reassigned to minor league camp

Utility infielder Luke Williams has been reassigned to minor league camp by the Atlanta Braves. (Atlanta Braves on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Williams went 5-for-28 (.179) with a home run and three stolen bases in 10 games this spring. The 29-year-old is a career .212 hitter in 349 plate appearances across parts of five major league seasons. He'll likely never hit much at the big league level, but he's a solid defensive replacement and can certainly run. Williams will open the year in Gwinnett, but he'll see time in Atlanta in a reserve role at some point.
