Kristian Campbell optioned to Triple-A Worcester

Campbell signed an eight-year, $60 million extension last April but struggled after his big-league demotion in June and did not return to the majors last season. He posted a .645 OPS with a 2:11 BB:K across 46 Grapefruit League plate appearances this spring. (Chris Cotillo)
