Kevin Gausman electric in season-opening win Friday

Blue Jays right-hander Kevin Gausman was dominant on Friday against the Athletics, tossing six innings of one-run ball in a tough-luck no-decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Gausman struck out 11 Athletics hitters on the night and did not walk any. His lone blemish on the evening was a solo home run off the bat of A's catcher Shea Langeliers in the top of the fourth inning. Somewhat fittingly, Langeliers' second solo homer of the game in the ninth off Blue Jays closer Jeff Hoffman cost Gausman his first win of the season. In what could be his final big league season, Gausman is off to a torrid start for the defending AL champs.
