Ezequiel Tovar fills box score in Monday victory
by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Tue, Mar 31st 12:04am EDT
Ezequiel Tovar went 3-for-6 with a pair of doubles, two runs scored, three runs batted in, and a stolen base to lift the Rockies to a 14-5 win in Toronto on Monday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Tovar is looking to rebound from a disappointing 2025 season and he is off to a good start, especially after Monday's performance. The young Rockies' shortstop upped his average to .333 (6-for-18) with two doubles, a home run, a stolen base, and five runs driven in. He hit .269 with 45 doubles, 26 home runs, and 78 RBI in 2024, so he is well on his way to similar production in 2026.
