Bassitt allowed four earned runs on six hits and four walks while striking out three over 4.1 innings in Monday's loss to the Rangers.

Bassitt got tagged for four runs in the first two innings and had his pitch count extremely elevated heading into the third inning. He was able to settle down and provide the Orioles with a few more innings and kept the Rangers off the score board after the second inning. The veteran will look to bounce back in his next start on the road against the Pirates.
