Taylor Ward went 4-for-5 with a double, two RBI, and one run scored in the Orioles’ 8-5 loss to the Rangers.
Fantasy Impact:
Ward drove in his first two runs as an Oriole on a double in the ninth inning to make the score look a bit closer than the game actually was. The power has not been there for Ward to open the season, but the 32-year-old has 20+ home runs in three of the last four seasons and this could be the game that gets the bat going in the right direction.
