A third inning cost Senga on Tuesday — he allowed three straight hits to open the frame, capped by a two-run double to Ivan Herrera. His four-seam fastball averaged 97.4 mph, up from 94.7 mph in 2025, and he generated 17 whiffs on 92 pitches, though he walked three batters after posting a 4.4 BB/9 rate last season.
Fantasy Impact:
Senga retired 12 of the final 14 batters he faced, finishing with nine strikeouts across six innings, and took the loss. His next start is scheduled for Sunday against San Francisco in the Giants' home park.
