Jordan Lawler belts first career home run Thursday

Jordan Lawler went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Arizona's 17-2 loss to Atlanta on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Lawler took Braves' starter, Reynaldo Lopez, deep in the bottom of the third for his first career home run. The top prospect has struggled in limited time in the big leagues over his first two seasons, hitting just .129 in 2023 and .182 in 2025. However, Lawlar, who has moved to the outfield this season, is off to a 6-for-18 start in 2026 with a double, a home run, two runs batted in, and a stolen base. Maybe, just maybe, things are going to come together for the 23-year-old.
