Justin Topa Nabs First Save as Twins Top Tigers 4-2
by Matthew Adam | Twins Correspondent | Wed, Apr 8th 5:13am EDT
Justin Topa issued a walk in a scoreless outing to earn the save in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Tigers. He struck out two across 1 2/3 innings of work in the appearance.
Fantasy Impact:
Topa picked up his first save of the season, and it wasn’t exactly a stress-free stroll. After Tuesday's win, Topa now has a 5.06 ERA and 1.69 WHIP with one save and one hold through seven appearances. The Twins' closer committee has now gotten saves from Topa, Cole Sands, and Cody Laweryson this season, making things tough to predict from a fantasy perspective.
