Paul Sewald suffers loss in tenth inning Tuesday

Paul Sewald allowed a walk-off single in the bottom of the tenth inning as the Mets defeated the Diamondbacks, 4-3, on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Sewald (0-2) suffered his second loss of the season as he pitched to two batters in the bottom of the tenth, trying to preserve a 3-3 tie. After a groundout, Ronny Mauricio laced a single to right to bring home the winning run for the Mets. Sewald's ERA, however, was not affected due to the automatic runner placed at second to start the inning. It was his second loss in his last three appearances, but both came in non-save situations so he remains a perfect 3-for-3 in that department. Sewald has a 4.15 ERA with a 7:0 K:BB ratio through 4.1 innings and, despite a couple of hiccups, doesn't really have a challenger for the closer's role in Arizona at the moment.
