Dylan Carlson outrighted to Triple-A

Carlson was designated for assignment Friday to open a roster spot for Seiya Suzuki's return from the injured list, clearing waivers and being outrighted to Triple-A Iowa on Sunday. He had broken camp with Chicago as a non-roster invitee but appeared in just three games, going 0-for-4 with a run scored. (MLB.com)
