Tanner Banks to be recalled from minors

Fantasy Impact:
Alan Rangel was optioned back to Triple-A following Thursday's start, so Banks will be brought up to add depth to the Philly bullpen. Banks has spent most of the season with the Phillies, struggling to a 5.86 ERA and 1.92 WHIP over 26 appearances.
