Angels right-hander Caden Dana (illness) has been transferred from the Arizona Complex League to Triple-A Salt Lake. (Angels Player Development on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

A bout with mono set Dana far behind other pitchers in camp this spring, and he got extended work at the team's Arizona Complex to build up his strength. He will now pitch in Triple-A for an unknown period of time. The 22-year-old posted a 6.40 ERA in seven outings (five starts) for the Angels last season while posting a 5.93 ERA in 18 starts for Salt Lake. An extended run at Triple-A shouldn't come as a surprise.
